Wedding Photography Packages

We offer a wide range of packages to our clients. Photography packages start at $2,395 and go up to $7,895. Please contact us to receive a copy of our Package & Pricing Summary. We understand that each client's needs vary. If needed, we can customize a package especially for you. So please feel free to email us, or better yet call us with your questions. All packages include:

- Photographic coverage by Lou Gonzalez and 1 Assistant Photographer.
- Custom designed flush mount albums - see below for more details.
- A large custom wall portrait to display in your home.
- Private web based photo gallery of all your photographs. On-line ordering of prints is available.
- Custom Slideshow with music posted to our BLOG to share with family and friends.
- Casual photographic coverage of the wedding rehearsal.**
- Unlimited customer support via email or phone.

Most of our packages also include...

- Engagement sessions with custom designed Signature Journal.
- Premium Digital Frames pre-loaded with all of your wedding pictures to display in your home or office.
- 2 of our 4 packages include Parent albums.

A 10% discount applies for weddings that take place from November - April.

** Regarding rehearsal coverage : We make every effort to attend wedding rehearsals. We believe it's an excellent opportunity to meet the wedding party and observe the venue, however Photographic coverage of the rehearsal is contingent on our availability. In some cases we cannot attend rehearsals due to personal or professional scheduling conflicts, holidays or prior commitments. For customers outside of the Metro Rochester area (50 mile radius), or customers who have incurred a travel fee, rehearsal attendance is not implicitly guaranteed.

Flush Mount Albums Included In Our Packages

We offer a variety of album styles. From true coffee table styled wedding albums to traditional leather bound albums. Quality crafted albums that will stand the test of time. All of our albums are flush mount. This type of album is perfect for dramatic spreads and displays the simplest or most complex designs perfectly. Thinner pages allow bigger books to remain sleek and manageable. The pages are much thicker than paper, but thinner than thick cardboard pages.

Leather bound 5x5 Parent albums are also available for purchase. They are duplicates of the wedding album designed for the Bride and Groom. $10 / page.

Albums are designed by the Photographer and then reviewed and approved by the client. If the client decides to approve a design that contains more pages than what their package includes, a per page cost will apply and will be invoiced and paid prior to the album order.

Other Options and Offerings

* Personalized DVD Slide show. Includes ~200 of the best images (Photographers choice), custom text, elegant image transitions and romantic music (or music of choice provided by client).	$200
* Travel expenses are applicable if the location of the event is beyond 50 miles from the Rochester, NY area. We make every attempt to be fair and reasonable.	Buffalo - $100. Syracuse - $150. For other areas, please contact us for a quote.
